The best exchange format between Vectorworks and our software is the .fbx format. In some cases, there can be issues - then please provide a .c4d file.

Export as FBX file

• Go to File> Export and choose Export FBX (3D only)...

  

• Use the settings in the dialog window as seen below:

• Go to File> Export and choose Export Cinema 4D (3D only)...
